Services
The Tuner Bible provides digital services related to ECU tuning, including solutions, Stage 1 services, original files and file processing services. Services are intended primarily for professional automotive users and are delivered digitally through the platform or associated digital communications.
Pricing, VAT and billing
Prices shown on the website or platform may be subject to VAT where legally applicable. Final tax treatment may depend on the customer's billing profile and tax information. Invoices are issued after payment in accordance with applicable legal and tax requirements.
Digital services and withdrawal
Digital services may begin immediately after purchase or after the customer requests execution. Where applicable law permits, by requesting immediate performance the customer acknowledges that performance may begin during a statutory withdrawal period and that withdrawal rights can be affected once digital content or services have begun or been fully performed. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
Professional use and liability
ECU files, tuning data and related services must be used by suitably qualified operators with appropriate diagnostic, programming and workshop procedures. The Tuner Bible is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, unsuitable hardware, tool failure, incorrect vehicle diagnosis, misuse or use contrary to instructions, subject always to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy and cookies
Personal data is processed for purposes including account administration, service delivery, billing, support, security and legal compliance. Optional marketing communications and optional advertising/measurement technologies are based on consent where required. With consent, we use Meta Pixel to measure advertising performance and conversion events. Optional Meta tracking is disabled until the visitor accepts optional cookies.
Third-party services
We use third-party providers where necessary to operate services, including providers for infrastructure, invoicing, payments, communications and, where consented, advertising measurement. These providers may process data according to their respective roles and applicable privacy terms.
Governing requirements
Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights or protections that cannot legally be waived under applicable Portuguese or European Union law. Specific service/refund conditions are described in our Service Policy and are subject to mandatory law.
